  Car shopping can be a frustrating and stressful experience. Walking away with a vehicle from the Toyota of Brookfield however, was a totally different experience. We were greeted at the front entrance and well taken care of by Gil from the moment we arrived. Gil was more than willing to walk us through any and all of our options, as well as get answers to all of our questions even if he didn’t know off the top of his head. He went the extra mile to help us get a fair price for our Toyota Highlander and trade in. We are very happy and would recommend Gil, a genuine and hard working individual, to anyone looking to buy a car!

  I’ve always hated going to dealerships to buy a new car until I met Krystal. She was really helpful, professional and provided solid information on the cars I was interested in viewing. She has great customer service. Not to mention, the best I’ve seen in a very long time! Krystal made me feel right at home. She was very helpful and detailed on explaining the features and controls on every car I looked at. She wasn’t pushy nor pressuring me into buying a car. I wasn’t looking to buy a car today but I will for sure come back for Krystal sell. Thanks a lot for your help Krystal. I will definitely let my friends and family know about your great salesmen skills and customer service.

  Great customer service from Krystal! She’s super sweet and helpful! I was looking at the 2020 Supra but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Krystal was able to order it from factory for me and I was able to get it in the color I wanted, black. She got me a very reasonable payment monthly on my lease and I even got a lot of customization done to it. She’s very direct yet sweet I would recommend her time and time again! Overall enjoyed my whole dealership experience. They happened to have some event that day that had a bouncy castle outside, though I am an adult I indulged in the fun of the bouncy castle. Highly reccomend!!

  Highly recommend Napleton Toyota of Brookfield! Incredible service with the detail that gets you comfortable with a new car lease/purchase. If you're looking for that kind of service with no pressure sales, I highly recommend Ryan Sayers for your Sales and Leasing Associate. Also recognize that Zak in Finance is one of the last impressions made and he was incredible to work with too. They both answered all my questions and never appeared in a hurry to help others, even though there were many people there at year end. Love my new Camry!

  Tamur was a huge help!! He worked with us and answered any questions we had. Ended up leaving the same day with a 2017 Dodge Journey (: Really happy with my purchase! I highly recommend this dealer and Tamur as he knows what he's talking about.
