“Remember, the service department is not at the Lexus dealership! But it's close by, just around the corner! We love taking our Lexus here. You just drive up to the garage doors, pull right in and someone will come help you and take you into their office to get the paper work started. We got a loaner car and that process was just as easy. You do have to show your driver's license and proof of insurance. I loved our rental so much that we might be upgrading very very soon! Dropping off the loaner was the same as dropping of my car. Drive right in, they greet you and you wait inside while they bring you your car back inside. *They had a note up saying the car wash was down for a remodel so I was kind of bummed that ours wouldn't be nice and clean when we got back BUT talk about service! They had it sparkling clean when I got it back!! We'll be back next time but at the Lexus dealership for a newer model! ????”

They really cared about making sure we were getting what we wanted and that we were totally satisfied with their work. “Great place to workout, and just be in general. I spend a lot of time here, and really enjoy all the amenities. The classes are great, and there's even a place to come and do work and eat. The price is high, but for how much i come here it's worth it and I get a great value for what I pay. They also have a lot of gyms all over the country, so I get access to great places when I travel. Highly recommend.”
