(November 4, 2019, 8:21 am)Entire process was amazing. Carmella was very helpful and nice without being pushy. The delivery team was prompt, efficient, and nice as well. Knowing we can have the bed adjusted during the first year removed anxiety around this purchase so we know it will be the right level of firmness after the kids get some nights actually sleeping on the mattresses vs the few minutes trying them out in the store. Exceptional experience, great price, and amazing service.
(July 18, 2019, 9:17 pm)Tom at the Delafield location was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great purchasing experience. Furthermore, Tom’s professionalism was second to none. We (for reasons unknown) experimented with a competitor after 15+ years on previous Verlo Mattresses. Tom never talked down the competitor, instead simply shared how Verlo compared or did it better based solely on our concerns. Truly a class act! We are very happy to have continued our commitment to Verlo and very happy to give Tom and his wonderful shop the business!
