(March 23, 2020, 12:46 pm)there was recently a leak that had caused us to go without hot water but as inconvenient as it was the management handled it very well and got it resolved. since then I havent had any issues and have really enjoyed living here. you can tell Nancy and the maintenance team work really hard and care about the residents happiness here

(March 17, 2017, 12:51 pm)MY FIRST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE
I was 19 years old when I got my first apartment here and while I was terrified to be living on my own for the first time Santa Fe Place made it my first real home! The staff was amazing, they answered all my questions, checked in on me, and helped me out on my not so good days.
Like any home there are always going to be some issues. There were some leaks and I did have to get some repairs, but the staff was always on it. The property is fairly large but the maintenance guys were always on top of it. Nancy always checked in to make sure my work orders were completed.
The neighborhood is quiet, like QUIET. You almost forget you are in El Paso because of how quiet it can get. Let me tell you that after a long day at work it is so refreshing to come home and listen to the birds sing. My neighbors were great and because of the community parties Nancy hosted I made some long lasting friendships.
Don't let the bad reviews fool you the management has changed and has improved a lot.
The only reason I will be moving out is because I am moving out of state but I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!
