Love Impact!! My son plays hockey and it's hard for us to get him into other sports. Impact does a great job of going over a full workout for my 9 Year old son. Since starting about 6 months ago, my son has become much faster and stronger. Most of all my son loves to go. The coaches are amazing and do a great job working with kids.

Coach Matt and his crew work all areas of players skill set in a fun atmosphere. They custom build workouts to help strengthen kids weaknesses. Both of my boys do it and they are noticing their improvements. I would highly recommend Impact!
