(March 13, 2019, 11:59 pm)Had my wood burner and chimney inspected as well as cleaned on 3/8/19. They were very professional and informative. Throughout the whole experience, from setting up the appointment with Cassie to Corey (also the other guy too, I forgot his name) doing the cleaning, everyone was very courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend this company.
(February 3, 2019, 7:14 pm)Corey was top notch and has earned my business as long as I own a chimney. Even in negative degree weather he came to clean and inspect my chimney. Corey was very clean with his work, honest, and beyond detailed. He found areas the previous company missed and educated/ answered many questions during the cleaning/video camera inspection. Very polite and professional. The pride in his work speaks for itself.
(January 15, 2019, 12:10 am)Cory & his associate installed a new wood burning insert. They both wore booties, and placed tarps over all carpet in family room to protect my flooring. Install took over three hours, and Cory gave me a tutorial for proper operation and safety requirements. Great experience and great company to deal with. I highly recommend Butler Chimney to anyone requiring such work!
