From their sales consultants taking their time and understanding what we needed in their visit to consult and measure, to the installers who have been as picky as we would be to make sure we have the perfect fit and all blinds operated from the manufacturer as they should, to the office team who communicate well with their customers.

I was very pleased with my experience with Budget Blinds of Lake Country and Washington County. I had used Budget Blinds in Waukesha County for some replacement blinds at our previous home and the quality and customer service was excellent so I did not hesitate to call the one in Lake Country when we moved to our brand new home. Purchasing window coverings for the whole house was a big project but our sales consultant, Dana, was fabulous. She answered countless questions and met with me at the new house as many times as I needed to make sure I was comfortable before I placed our final order. Dana took time to really understand our privacy concerns and yet balance that out with our love of light.
