“Great place where quality is more important than quantity. I’ve been working with Aure for 6+ months in a small group setting (max group of six). Having a smaller group allows to Aure take the time to understand each person’s “profile” and with this knowledge can make slight modifications to exercises based on this profile to maximize impact for each person. The smaller size also allows Aure to focus on each individual’s form for each exercise. Aure openly shares his knowledge with us so we understand why’s of what we are doing. As a result, the work we have done has strengthened my core and upper body considerably, resulting in an improvement my cycling this year.”

“I drive 35 minutes from Milwaukee to see Duane Jarchow. He’s an excellent chiropractor & has thoughtful advice about lifestyle adaptations that may help me too. He isn’t pushy about frequent visits, which I love. He’s also my first chiropractor who uses a vibration tool instead of ‘cracking my neck.’ This has worked really well for me & has allowed for less frequent visits! The staff is so cheerful, there are beautiful murals on the walls, and I’ve been feeling great seeing him for about a year now.”

“Dr. Pavletich is one of the kindest people you are going to find. He is VERY helpful if you are one of those people who are terrified of going to the dentist. I know because I am one of them. I have told him he is not allowed to retire until I am so old I no longer have any teeth. “A friend of mine had been talking to me about Lakeside Fit Body for a couple of months. I finally decided to make the call and give it a try. I am so glad I did , and wish I would have joined sooner. All of the Trainers are excellent and really know their stuff. They will push you , but also recognize your limits, and will adjust accordingly. The owners are so professional ,and so willing to work with you , no matter your age , or fitness level. It is a very comfortable environment for all ages and body types. You really feel like you are in a one on one training session, even though there are others in your class. Every day there are lots of different class times , made to accommodate everyone's schedule . I went in thinking it would be a 3 or 4 time a week thing, but I have found that I want to go every day ! I feel much better overall ,and have much more energy all day long . It is very rewarding ! Highly recommend !!”
