  Took a watch I didn't buy from them and requested they fit the bracelet for me. Jeff adjusted the bracelet as I watched and even gave me a lesson on mechanical watches and their performance. Absolutely will be the only place I shop for jewelry or watch repair. If you want customer service above and beyond, this is the place.

  I got a new watch as a gift and the band needed to be sized. I looked up watch repair near me and found Lake Country Jewelry. This was truly a hidden gem. I was cordially greeted by one of the staff. She did an initial size and brought the watch back to Jeff, who took out a couple links. It needed a little more and Jeff had me come over to the window for another sizing. He made the required adjustments and it fits great. Jeff was very personable and we had a nice conversation as final adjustments were made. The store has some great jewelry and everyone there was great. Strongly recommend paying them a visit, I will be back!

  Absolutely beautiful jewelry but more importantly the owner and his daughter went above and beyond to help my 85 year old mother. We called the store and the owner stayed with me on the phone giving us directions until we pulled up at the front door of the most idyllic setting. My mother's fingers had swollen around her wedding ring to a dangerous point. Jeff and his wonderful daughter spent an hour with my mother working to cut off her ring. Their compassion, experience and professionalism were outstanding. They were able to save the ring and will be working to recreate it so that it can be easily removed in the future. While they were working I was able to shop and was so impressed with the stunning, unique jewelry in the store. Jeff is a truly gifted goldsmith. I cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem of a store!

  I am so glad to have found them (actually drove straight by not realizing it was there the first time I went looking) but they are so conveniently located to me that I had to try again. Jeff adjusted my new watch on the spot and Michelle helped me find an earring to match my favorite necklace. Absolutely will go back again!! Great service and atmosphere! ♥

  I walked in to the store without an appointment, hoping to have a watch sized. The store is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was greeted immediately and within minutes my watch was with Jeff, who was personable and professional. My watch was sized properly within minutes.
  
  I was even offered a water while a waited.
  
  Great local jeweler. I’ll be back for sure.
