Before speaking with Mr. Steve Johnson, Outreach Coordinator, Member Services Dept., I would've classified my experience with this company with less than half a star. But, through some creative lobbying on my part - I accidentally - but fortuitously landed at his desk - where he gave me the best customer service I've gotten in a very, long time. Scion is lucky to have him, and more of his fellow employees would do well to take a note from his book on how best to treat customers. Thank you, kind sir.
