(November 25, 2020, 4:16 pm)I'm always a fan of Steinhafels. I receive great service every time I go there. I'm always able to find what I need. This time did not disappoint. I went there to find a rocker recliner and I ordered it. I'm sad that I won't have it right away, but that's because I have to wait two weeks, which is fine considering some places are making people wait 3 - 6 months for the furniture they ordered.
Robert O. was a great help and I will continue to contact him if I need to order anything else. Thanks Steinhafels!
(September 27, 2020, 4:27 pm)We went in looking for leather reclining furniture. We shopped around a bit by ourselves and then Nancy approached us . She showed us some other pieces as well. She was very knowledgeable about everything we looked at. That was yesterday. Today we went back in and bought 2 leather recliners and a leather reclining sofa. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely go back again!
