(August 31, 2020, 12:48 pm)The customer service at Quality Rubber Stamp Co. by Jodi and Jim was incredible. They quickly returned a quote to me for a custom stamp with my logo, and the turnaround for the order completion was faster than any other place I could find online.
I stopped in the office to pick up my order with the addition of some ink and an ink pad when it was ready. The total cost of a custom stamp + ink + ink pad was overall a great deal, and this ink will last me a long time.
They also do coasters, travel tumblers, business cards, printer cartridges, stickers... you name it. Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future!
(August 14, 2020, 3:20 pm)I was referred to Jim and Quality Rubber Stamp Co. by a coworker to help with a stamping issue on the production floor. Jim helped me find a stamp that was custom tailored to my problem. After sharing the ink we were using he informed me that it was not intended for that purpose and recommended a different ink and even sent me free samples to try. I was so impressed by his knowledge and their very quick 1 day turn around time. I look forward to working more with Jim and Jodi.

(July 28, 2020, 8:29 pm)I received OUTSTANDING and prompt customer service for a rush/same day job on a new notary stamp I needed for a rush closing. The owners were very accommodating to my same day (3 hour turn around) request and when I went to pick up my order, both the owners were very friendly and helpful. I recommend any professional use them for stamp or printer cartridge/toner needs. I'll definitely use them for all of my future needs.
