Had a great time and enjoyed my stay. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Had no major problems or complaints. Have always enjoyed Hilton and this location is as good as any of the others i have a pleasure to experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the king one bedroom suite with our children. The pool was quite cold, but very cool to be a saline based pool... Not too many of those in this area. The lobby was pleasant, well lit and inviting. Parking was a breeze and there were plenty of options for dining in the area.
The breakfast was amazing each day and the options were plentiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for additional sheets and towels.
The reason for a 7 is due to the condition the room was in when we arrived. The dishwasher had dirty dishes (mainly ones that were packed too tight) and could not get clean. There was a half eaten donut under the pull out bed and a large stain on the couch cushion. The motorized shades in the bedroom did not function properly and the blackout guide had fallen off the wall. In the bathroom, the amount of mold/mildew in the shower was very unappealing and clearly was not being cleaned fully.
I would recommend home 2 suites, but this location needs some work.
This is a very nice hotel. When we arrived to check in staff was super friendly and nice. They even gave us some complimentary water to take up. They even directed us were everything was. Elevator, pool, Gym. The free breakfast is very good. Bagels, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, breakfast sandwiches. We chose to stay here because the wedding we were attending had blocked rooms. I am so glad they chose this hotel because it is very nice and we had a great stay!
Does a guy named Brian work there? Net him at a gas station and he quoted me to fix my front bumper. My phone was dead, but he said he worked around the corner at A 1 auto body? We were at the QT on Brentwood stair and 820 in Fort worth/Arlington area. There are multiple businesses with similar if not damn near identical names within a 5-20 mile area so not sure which one he was referring to, but I'd like to come up there and let him fix my Kia tomorrow if this is the right place.
Jamil is a very nice guy. He does quality work and did excellent job on a full body paint. Price is very reasonable and he work with my budget. My car looks brand new!
Terrific work on my 2007 Tacoma. Three dents repaired and minor touch up. Even went as far as to touch up my rock guard!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This place is the best. The owner is very nice and these guys do excellent work. They truly care about their customers and are very fair. Whether you need body work or mechanical repairs, they do it all. I will be coming back any time I need work done on my cars.
I Just had my Altima in to A-1 for some body work after a fender-bender. I knew immediately after receiving my estimate I was taking my car to them purely based on the respect I had received from the guys at the shop. Yes my estimate came back several hundred $$ less than the other quotes as well. The craftsmanship is beyond perfection. Body work is amazing and color matched perfectly. Excellent communication through out the process and again I cant Express enough the respect I've received. I highly recommend A-1. Thanks guys.
Anthony.
