If you're up for a drive, it's a trip worth while. County line Rd. is the exit you would take. (but watch for roadwork) I found that the store was difficult to navigate, but I did find what I was looking for. Nice clean environment.

I love this department store and everyone in it. I don’t do a lot of shopping because I have a lot of kids. Occasionally we come here when I have to relearn their sizes or just to take pictures. Everyone is always very helpful and understanding. The photographer is a total doll

It’s really too bad there are so few JCPenney stores left. I’d panic purchased a few items while in a work trip to Omaha that I didn’t end up needing. The store in Menominee Falls easily and quickly helped me with the return.

I'm from the era when Penny's were everywhere & were very busy stores. In 2023, it's much different. We arrived about 1/2 hour before the store closed so I didn't get to do much wandering around but I was impressed by what I saw as we headed to the shoe department. Sales people were very nice & friendly but not enthusiastic. We did find a lovely pair of shoes for my granddaughter. Will go back & check out the whole store.
