(December 30, 2021, 5:24 pm)I was traveling cross country and arrived from out- of-state. My auto started experiencing difficulties running smoothly. Silver Lake Auto was the only facility that was understanding of my time constraints and willing to get my car in quickly. Their Foreman assessed my car knowing I would again be traveling back across country and made a plan of additional repairs based upon my travel distance and potential safety concerns. After I picked up my car and an additional concern was noted, they were quick to remedy it and get me going on my way. Thank you to their great team - not only were they kind, but they showed patience and understanding.
