I have to give a quick shout out to Jimmy for helping my mom choose and set up her new phone last week and took care of me to upgrade my phone this week! Jimmy was very knowledgeable, genuinely kind and patient, went over all the options with both my mom and me, and was just a good, down-to-earth guy to boot. He's a sharp dresser, but he keeps it real. Both my mom and I had an easy, stress-free experience and would recommend that Verizon in Mukwonago, but ASK FOR JIMMY. Jimmy is the man. Came into the store this morning with a broken phone looking to get a new one. Not only did he help my upgrade to a new phone stress-free, but also fix my old phone as a back up free of charge. Wasn't expecting that level of service.
