She had lawn Care tips and suggestions I never even thought of. She was the lawn tractor sales person I was hoping to meet today. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
(April 30, 2019, 3:44 pm)Just bought a zero turn mower from them. I always do all my research before purchasing so most of the time I know more than the sales men do.
Sales lady was friendly and knew what she needed to, and then handed me off to Neil who knew everything..
What a pleasure to not have to educate the salesmen.
Those are deal breakers.
They have a friendy dog to greet you as you walk in and a kitty behind the counter. And they put a handful of snacks on the counter for you while you wait. They kind of tasted like cat food but I didn't want to say anything, come to think of it the kitty was looking at me kind of funny, hey wait a minute.
Machine was ready to pick up in 2 hours prepped and out the door.
Great job Olson's.
