(October 20, 2018, 10:29 am)Best gym in the area hands down. I've been a member almost since the day they opened and I still am because it's the only real gym you'll find. No pool. No courts. No platforms for all the Crossfit stuff. What Ed and Laura do have is a large amount of machines for those members not ready for the back of the gym. In the back, even a vastly experienced athlete will find a wealth of free weights, benches, dumbbells and even a Power Rack. This gym does have a studio center for Zumba etc., tanning beds, daycare and a protein drink bar. This is a traditional gym and any gym goer or not knows what that is! Thanks Ed and Laura!
