(June 14, 2019, 9:46 pm)Great place for a Friday Fish Fry, great cocktails while you wait at the bar. Homemade potato pancakes, best in the area, thin and crispy. Baked cod served piping hot with butter, the lake perch was really good too. Salted marble rye bread and tasty coleslaw rounds out the meal. Great value for the low cost. Will definitely give it another visit.

(April 12, 2019, 12:26 pm)Very good food. Pricey for a mom and pop place. Salad bar was subpar. Didn't appeal to me. They had salad that was plated in silver bowls which didn't seem to be fresh. Mac and cheese was about $13/14 which I think is pricey. The place is out dated and dark but the locals love it. I would go back because the food was cooked perfect. The option for side dishes were limited. Not a large menu.

(February 15, 2019, 8:19 pm)Baked walleye with drawn butter was excellent! Every meal I've had here has been perfectly cooked and seasoned. Salad bar is the best! They pour a nice beverage too!
