From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and all-around great customer service. My sales person Amanda was not only helpful and friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. I walked in thinking about buying a Royal Enfield but rode off in an Indian Scout instead, and it's thanks to the staff at this dealership. Even during the purchasing process and when they got extremely busy with a few people short, the staff, from the sales person to the manager, made sure to come by and check on us and keep us updated on how everything was proceeding. They helped get me a great deal and made the purchasing process pain-free and easy, and can not wait to come to some of their events!

I purchased my 2018 Indian Chief Vintage from Indian Motorcycle of Metro Milwaukee via the internet two months ago. The staff at Metro Milwaukee are absolutely phenomenal!! I worked with Trevor, Amanda and Kayla in purchasing and shipping my bike to me here in Massachusetts and they were extremely helpful in every step of the way. I bought my Indian Scout Bobber last week and brought it home today. I would give the dealer 6 stars but it only goes to 5. Everyone in the sales, office, parts, service, and accessories was friendly and knowledgeable. I love the dealership! It is not too big and not too small. I want to give a special thanks to Kevin and Kayla. I even got to meet the owner, Rob! I just love my Indian!
