Ive been to a lot of Culver's, some terrible, some great. but this is up there with the best of them in terms of customer service, food quality, and time management. Food basically got to me as soon as I sat down and nothing but positive attitudes all around

(September 28, 2021, 4:45 pm)I stopped for a lunch by myself and somehow my order slip got lost. When I asked about my food the staff was extremely helpful and kind and felt terrible about the mix up and went above and beyond to get my food out quickly. It was delicious and very fresh. The manager even came and gave me tokens for free custard, which wasn't necessary in my opinion, but very much appreciated. The staff apologized several times and did their best to make sure the rest of my dining experience was superb.
I will be back! The food was made perfectly and tasted great, the flavor of the day, Toffee Pecan, was also very tasty!
