The staff was very friendly and helpful. The exam itself was very quick. The Dr. was very nice and explained things that were worth knowing.
Excellent experience, doctor very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk too for any concern that might happened.
Went in for contacts for the first time ever in my life. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Would choose again over competitors such as walmart, lenscrafters and stein optical. I'm just writing more words to make this review look more bodily. Yeah.
I had a not so good experience with an eye care chain store some years back. I hadn't planned to tell Dr. Yackels about the experience, but as I was sitting in his chair I found myself telling him the whole story. Dr. Yackels didn't dismiss what I was telling him with a sunshine-and-rainbows "well that won't happen here". Instead, he stopped the exam and talked to me. He explained in detail the differences between types of lenses and how properly use them as well as the options that were available to me. At no time did I feel like I was being sold. I did, however, feel informed. Once the exam was done, he asked several times if I had more questions. When he gave my results to his team member, he didn't just dump the paperwork and grab the next person. He took the time to explain what we had talked about in regard to options. Speaking of Dr. Yackels team; WONDERFUL people!!! I have already recommended Dr. Yackels and Team to several of my co-workers. Thank you for an outstanding experience.
Dr. Yackels took the time to explain my current situation and eye health in a way that I could understand and helped me make informed decisions about my eyesight.
The ladies on his staff provided helpful insights when it came to choosing frames and went the extra mile to sort out an issue with my insurance.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone who asked.
