  The excellent work done at Goff's was backed up by the great people
  that work there. From the first contact with Missy who greets everyone
  as they walk in to all the way through the point when you pick up your
  car, they go out of their way to accommodate you. I give them my
  highest recommendation!

  Goff's repaired my car after someone had backed into me in a parking lot. It was returned in perfect condition. I love that they wash your car, inside and out, before they give it back! I talked with both Andreas and Missy during the process. They were both honest, positive and helpful in getting my car back to me and getting me back on the road.

  We cannot say enough good things about this Collision Repair shop.
  We went to the New Berlin location for an estimate on damage to our two vehicles. We did not want to put in an insurance claim for both cars.
  The Goff’s Collision Repair Center was very honest and helpful. We worked with Nuri who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide several different options for us. His customer service is excellent and he explained several repair options with our needs in mind.
  One of the options presented was to buff and touch up the damage rather than the standard wholesale replacement of damaged parts.
  Beyond that, he offered to do the work himself for free for both of our vehicles.
  It was unheard of, unbelievable and sincere!
  The results are amazing. Excellent Work! Can’t thank you enough, Nuri!

  My car needed body work after a fender bender in the winter. The staff at Goff's in New Berlin did an excellent job making sure that everything was repaired correctly, communicating with me about estimates and expected finish times, and even cleaning my car thoroughly before I picked it up. I was extremely pleased with their work and excellent customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to use Goff's again in the future.

  The attention to detail with the repair and the paint, not to mention excellent customer service will keep me coming back. I am very particular with the paint on my vehicles....it has to be perfect. I have had other body shops return repairs with holograms in the clear coat. Not here. They did the repair, blended the paint and buffed it perfectly such that you will never see it was was repaired. Hard to accomplish on a dark pearl paint. I have had 3 cars repaired by 3 diff shops in the last 12 months. This shop is the only that I can say is perfect.
