  We got two great Carrier furnaces with humidifiers for our live-in duplex two years ago. Had some trouble with the downstairs humidifier last year and just got around to doing something about it this month. Hadn’t really paid much attention to the upstairs unit either. New Berlin H&AC sent out technician Nels who was very friendly and professional and he solved our issues. Told us he wasn’t going to charge us for the visit because he corrected a small detail. Expected quality but Nels exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

  Multiple times over the years have always had quick quality service as I did again today. They found the problem quickly and part was actually warranty. Only had to pay labor which was a very reasonable rate! I called them and they said they were very busy but would get to me as soon as they could. Literally 15 mins later they were here! I run a business myself and am always too busy to write reviews but they deserved this one!

  Extremely pleased with the installation of our new system. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose our new equipment and making sure our job went smoothly. Josh and Antonio did an excellent job on the installation. They went above and beyond to make sure our job was done right. Would definitely recommend for all heating and cooling needs.

  The technician was thorough in making sure my boiler was ready for winter. Gave me some pointers on keeping things running properly in my basement. All the staff at NB are very helpful and make me feel assured that everything is taken care of. Thank you!!!

  I have been a regular customer of New Berlin Heating for over 25 years. When our original furnace and AC needed replacing ten years ago, they did the work. And, we have them over for all service work. Always a good job with friendly staff. Well, yesterday we had a problem with the AC linking with thermostat. There was a misunderstanding and the job should have been a much lower price. No need to go into details, but, I was not happy and let the service guys know and there were words, mostly from me. But, as I had hoped, I had a very nice conversation with owner, Mike Eaton, and it was all taken care of in a very friendly and professional manner. We would not be a 25 year customer if I had not had great service and even with a concern like yesterday, had it taken care of.
