  THE. ABSOLUTE. BEST. Karl helped us with 2 different home sale/purchase experiences. He is extremely dedicated, trustworthy and realistic. No smoke and mirrors with this guy! His expert knowledge goes WELL beyond the basics of buying or selling a property. Karl comes with our highest recommendation and we cannot imagine using any other Realtor!

  Karl is the best. He helped us sell our home quickly and did a great job of presenting our home in a favorable light. He was EXTREMELY patient with us when purchasing our new home. He does a great job of communicating with other involved realtors. Karl is never pushy and works with you to make the best home-buying decision. We recommended him to our son and Karl helped him navigate the process to get the house they really wanted. We can't say enough about how much we respect and appreciate Karl.

  Our experience with Karl was superb, could not have been any smoother. He gave us the keen insight into the area and helped us navigate purchasing a vacation home with ease.   Karl found us the perfect house! Not only did he help us find it, but he went to bat for us with the sellers to make sure everyone got a fair deal. He's completely honest about everything which helps so much. We really valued his expertise throughout our home buying experience. Even now that we're settled in, we run our renovation ideas past him first to make sure we're building equity in our home. We value his opinions. All that, and he's a super great guy too!

  Our family was relocating from Ohio to Wisconsin do to my husband’s job. We were in need of a realtor and stumbled upon Karl. Obviously not knowing a thing about Wisconsin he took the time to find out what we were looking for, what was important to us and what we did not want. Karl was very thorough in understanding our family’s needs and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. He was familiar with our neighborhood and introduced us to a couple of other families he had sold homes to just blocks from ours. Karl was more than a realtor he became a friend.
