(October 4, 2018, 1:11 pm)Dr. Cooper is excellent. He is smart and consults with his patients rather than dictating to them. As the last review noted he does rely on his nurse practitioner very much but I don’t think that can be helped because practice is very busy. I have always received excellent care from him.
