Two - not one - customer service gentlemen searched the store for them and couldn't find them, even though inventory showed they had some. Finally, one of the gentlemen TOOK me to the front (as opposed to telling me to go there) where I received excellent customer service from a lady who efficiently entered me into their system and made certain I received a rain check for the sale price on the item.
