From start to finish, Paula who picked up the phone and coordinated my repair was very willing to help me out and made sure to communicate with me everything that needed to be done. When Tim came to replace the glass I had a nice conversation with him about his long history in the industry. I love how my car turned out, Glass America in Pewaukee is MOST DEFINITELY the best in town. Don't go anywhere else!
