(April 22, 2018, 10:30 pm)UPDATE- I have changed my review after seeing this company handle the issues I mentioned. Still waiting on the new carpet in the hallsways, but I understand that takes time. I'll give it 5 stars at that time.
The woman who I reviewed poorly as the manager is no longer there. The new manager, Michelle, is AMAZING. I think she genuinely cares about the tenants and their quality of life. My opinion of Silvernail has changed so much for the better that we have added my grandmother to the waiting list.
