My experience was amazing! The receptionist were very helpful with me being a new client. I appreciated how friendly they were as well as patient.

The doctor who worked on my teeth also clarified any information and answered any questions I had. Overall, great experience!

Very positive experience at Sussex family dental. It was the first visit for my mentally and developmentally challenged 59 yo brother. Took a little bit to get scheduled. However, it was worth the wait. They were very very patient with my brother. Everyone from the front desk reception staff, to Milena the hygienist to Dr. Umar! It’s so difficult to find a dental office that accepts Medicaid! Highly recommend them! They even have TVs in each of the exam rooms!

It`s been more than a year since we first visited Sussex Family Dental. We were pleased being there following 3-4 times and now, with new faces greeting you, treating you before the doctor sees you, made this place much better. Vanesa, especially, who greeted us & took care of my 4-year-old daughter's initial review, is a great person. She shows so much affection towards kids, making my 4 -year-old`s first dental visit very comfortable. As always, our doctor has been very professional and we thank everyone at Sussex Family Dentistry.

I have been to this practice twice - for cleaning and x-rays and then because of a broken tooth. I have to say that this practice is one of the most friendly and accommodating practices I have ever encountered. I was pleasantly surprised because I am on Medicaid and you usually do not get the preferential treatment. Dr. Hayak is very pleasant. He has the ability to explain things thoroughly. At my first visit, his assisant went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable after I told her of some neck issues and my inability to be positioned properly in the dental chair. She went so far as to get a neck pillow for me for my comfort. The dental staff and receptionists are outstanding. The only reason why I did not give a 5-star rating is that it is hard to get an earlier appointment! I am thankful for their great service and professionalism.
