“They’re a volume dealer so keep this in mind. The prices are nigh unbeatable but extended warranty is $1000 over two years if I recall correctly. The salespeople are nice and courteous, they won’t pressure you at all and aren’t jerks, but they generally don’t seem to have the expert experience on specific bikes like brand specific dealers do. But they also admit this. Bought a bike from them and 500 miles into it everything seems to be working as it should. I changed the oil as I always do when I buy a used bike and it was a little dark coming out, but not so dark that I’d be alarmed.”
