  Had an outstanding balance (that I shouldn't have had) with the previous manager, and Rachel did all that I asked of her in order to take care of the balance and to confirm that I no longer owed anything.
  
  I was able to count on her when I needed it, and you can, too.
  
  (Also, it's a really nice place to workout!)

  I was hesitant about joining Anytime Fitness in the beginning, not knowing what to expect. It has been a great experience! The staff is always willing to help and other members are friendly. I really enjoy the team training classes and not only look forward to the variety of workouts but also look forward to seeing the friends I've made over the past year.

  I have been a member here for over 3 years and have seen lots of positive changes since the beginning. Facilities are clean, well-maintained, and I am not intimidated when I work out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and genuinely interested in seeing me reach my fitness goals. I have been in team training for a year and a half and the trainers are attentive to making sure I work hard, but also do the exercises properly so I don’t injure myself. Highly recommend ????

  Anytime fitness Wales has motivated me to be a better version of myself. From the old Staff to the new faces I see at the gym it always feels comfortable and fun place to work out. Doing team training has given me strength and pushed me to work harder every time. Thank you anytime fitness ????

  November 2018: Good place to work out, which is good. They don't offer some of the amenities that bigger gyms do (pool, drink bar, large gym or studio space), which considering the price, is not a negative for those looking for a low key, relaxed place to exercise. I go late at night. It has everything I need, but not everything I want. Staff is friendly and attentive, but for me, a little too attentive. I love the machines that have a the video courses. Makes 45 minutes of cardio go by much quicker. The equipment is up to date and we'll maintained, the atmosphere is casual and the muscle heads don't intimidate others. I can go in and workout without feeling too insecure.
