  They do good work.
  That said, I had a rather expensive radiator replaced by them, all was good with that, but when they called the next day to have me pick it up they notified me of my "broken parking break". Which I know wasn't broken (I used it the day prior). I did however, know it was closer to it's way out then being new.
  They proceeded to quote me $100+ to replace it rather than be honest. I presume this was the tech who broke it while putting it on the lift.... Had they said, "hey, we broke your already tender parking break.. Would you be okay paying for the part and we'll replace". I would be giving them 5 stars.

  I have been going here exclusively since they ran an emissions test for me when I moved here five years ago. Reading the print-outs of customer reviews and thank you notes pinned up in the waiting area, it was clear they pride themselves on their level of service. Their prices are fair and staff knowledgeable, as well as warm and effective communicators. ????

  On my 3rd owner now, as we started going here when Jerry actually ran the place. Two owners, and however many years later, they are still the best value in the area. You could shop around and probably find someone to do your work cheaper, but you won't get Jerry's workmanship any where else. A couple or 3 decades and we (my wife, me and 2 cars) have never had a faulty or incomplete repair.

  I called to find out what the cost of diagnosing a transmission problem and whether it would be worth it or not. Dave was patient while i described what was right and wrong w/ the car. He shared his knowledge of problem areas that the vehicle was known for. He helped me make a decision that i would be happy with 2 years from now. I will definitely recommend Jerry's Automotive Service to others. Thank you Dave!

  The guys at Jerry’s are awesome! Took my mustang in for some suspension work. They couldn’t be more helpful in finding the best after market parts that are no longer made from ford. They even came to my house to look at the car for an unrelated issue after I took it home! To me that speaks volumes about how they do business.
