When we were ready we found a salesperson and she answered all our questions and took very good care of us. Our sales associate was Stacey Sigmund. She was very good!

Bruce Wood couldn’t have been any more accommodating and helpful and patient with my daughters and I. He suggested options and showed us many different styles. We are very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend the store and the sales representative.
(January 14, 2020, 1:41 am)My wife and I went to Steinhafels for a new mattress. We were greeted by Spiro and he was great to work with. He showed us all different types of mattresses and answered any questions that we had. We ended up with a Purple 3 mattress and we love it. There was a mix up with the labeling on the mattress and Steinhafels sent the wrong one home with us. We didn’t realize it until we had the mattress home and unwrapped. After talking with Spiro and explaining the situation, he did all that he could to make sure we got the correct mattress. Steinhafels even threw in a credit for a future purchase.
(January 2, 2020, 9:25 am)My experience with purchasing furniture from Steinhafels went well. For a 2 year review: within the first few months of having my sectionals the cushions went down extremely fast. They were firm when purchased and I barely am home to sit on the cushions or have company but just from the rare times I did, at least two of the cushions have lost all firmness. Considering getting new furniture because of this.

She listened to what we were looking for in a sectional, took us directly to each option, and explained the differences between each one. We were very pleased and will be back again when we’re looking for additional pieces for our house.
