  Great people, Great inventory, nice Range, Good location, Competative price points.. I am more than willing to pay a tad more for the consultation and service I get for free here.
  Handled my being a newbie with kindness, answered questions, offered edu.
  My lessons always prompt and reassuring. Great confidence builder.
  These people have been on the ball ""every"" time I have visited. Always enough staff behind the counter to accommodate.
  What else do you need?
  Except maybe Spare time/Range time in my life?

  Review of Defensive Handgun 1 & 2:
  
  I have been very happy with the classes I've taken with Mike at Fletcher Arms. Some who are highly trained can do amazing things but not teach. Mike has the ability to leverage his training and experience and can bring that to others. His ability to teach is a strength.
  
  The first and second classes are accessible to those who are not experience shooters, and I recommend this class to any who are interested in Concealed carry and defending themselves and those they love. Money and time well spent.

  Fletcher Arms is easily one of my favorite gun shops and ranges in SE Wisconsin. For me it all comes down to the customer service and customer experience. I've bought 3 guns from here and every time it was a pleasant experience. They take trades, and generally speaking have very fair prices representative of the new and used firearms market.
  
  On top of that, they treat a loyal customer like a loyal customer when they see one. I would recommend this shop to anybody who is looking to purchase a quality gun at fair prices. Their staff is friendly and helpful to myself and every single other customer I have seen in the store.

  The two of us had a wonderful time going through the large selection of weapons Fletcher arms had for rent. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. The range was clean and well maintained, along with the front lobby. I was not aware of the large amount of firearms they had sold as well as being a range. I will be going back for sure. I definitely recommend.

They recently placed an interactive video that looks pretty cool and I will be trying that out soon.

(262) 549-4488. I have been to Fletcher Arms on multiple occasions and every time they are friendly and knowledgeable. The range is a decent size (10 "short lanes" + a few longer ones for rifles) and I have never had an issue with people not being safe.
