(October 27, 2019, 9:50 pm)Walked into Boucher just to take a look at what was available. My husband had purchased my 2012 Terrain and I was not part of that process 7+ years ago. After checking in, discovered that the same salesman, Nick Majeske, was still there and he started to help me. He took me through the process of working up a proposal and I went on my way as I was going to discuss with my husband, of course. We did some comparison shopping for a couple of days and returned to Nick in the end and he worked with the team to make the deal happen!. He is helpful, friendly, informative, works hard to do the best for the customer and goes above and beyond to make the experience a great one. We had a great experience!
(October 14, 2019, 9:39 am)Coming into any place of business to spend money can be stressful before even having the conversation. I was happy to be greeted by the friendly staff at Boucher. They offered me excellent service before working on my vehicle by driving my car to the service door. Jason (Service Department) is always so lovely to me. He speaks to me with great respect and seems to be truly sincere in communicating with me. Jason located a loaner vehicle as I requested so that I could get back to work. He offered great directions on how to properly use the gear shift feature for the loaner, which was all new to me. I truly appreciated him updating me via phone call regarding plans for repairing my car during the GM Strike. I'm so happy that I can trust a Service Department and not feeling like I'm about to spend unnecessary money on car repairs.

Took my old car there for regular maintenance for the past 5 years. Their very customer oriented, professional and prompt. Definitely taking this new car back when needed.
(September 9, 2019, 2:23 pm)Martin Gutierrez was wonderful to work with. Very polite and knowledgeable about the product. After meeting with him the first time i wanted to buy a vehicle from him. After a couple days we bought a truck from him and my wife and I were very happy. Cory in the financial department was pleasure to work with as well. No surprises or gimmicks and we were driving away with our new truck in 25 minutes. Very easy and we'll be back when it's time to buy again. Thanks for a good experience guys. Well done
