  Dr Bista was very informative and detail oriented. He made me feel at ease like I was apart of his family, even though this was my first visit. He explained the benefits of progressive versus regular lenses. A very professional and personable doctor. The staff was friendly and kind throughout the process. Jennifer was superb in her assistance of helping choose my frames and lenses. She gave options showing the benefits/features of each one and prices. She use third party and her own personal experiences in the process. I use to do business with LensCrafter, now I have found a one on one personal staff in Shopko Optical that looks at my best interests. Shopko Optical 4217 is apart of my new family. Thanks for everything….

  Always have had great experiences with Shopko Optical and especially with this location. I received exceptional customer service from Justin, the general manager. He was kind and understanding. Also, he was very accommodating with my busy college student schedule. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, this is the place!

  Taylor (amazing) took such good care of us. She was warm, welcoming, and efficient. 🥰 Zach Shriver the optometrist was also so wonderful. He was able to share the wealth of knowledge that he has about optometry and how it pertains to us so that we could easily understand our individual issues. Aliyah (my niece) has cognitive issues and they were so accommodating and very kind. I highly recommend this store. And I also don’t want to forget to mention the peaceful atmosphere inside the store as well. It causes me to understand that there is hard work and dedication behind the scenes. Kudos y’all! 🥰👏🤲🙏🕊🔥

  Amazing first experience. Both the store manager and doctor were super nice and knowledgeable. I haven't got my glasses yet (writing the same day as my exam) but thus far I highly recommend!

  Wonderful people. As soon as you walk in your greeted. From screening to finishing up with the doctor (who was very kind and understanding) was 30 minutes. Picking out my glasses took the longest. Getting everything I wanted to protect my eyes, she was very patient with me and explained what everything was. Shopko Optical are very caring, understanding people. Did not treat you like a number or a patient but treated you like a person.
