“Ryan was so helpful and honest and took time to explain the process. David was also helpful and was able to answer the question I had. Ryan was able to help us stay in the current vehicle we were in because of an accident. This location and Madison were so helpful in explaining things and helping me try and get an initial vehicle and staying in the current one. I should be paying them my insurance premium for the month since my insurance has been ZERO HELP!! Ryan was informative and was able to set up another RA under the insurance and we were in and out within 10 minutes. I know where we will rent from again if we need something for a trip etc. The hours are harder to accommodate for my schedule, but worth it since the employees have been so helpful and honest. Thank you for being honest, kind and helpful. I've seen comments about being denied trying to use a debit card, it states right one the main website you CANNOT rent with a debit card, that is very common and for someone to give a bad review because of that should know the facts before making a negative review. It's their company policy just like all the other vehicle rental companies.”
