“I was referred to Dr Papandrea by a mutual friend as a tore my right shoulder and ended up being a full thickness tear. He saw the MRI and got me in right away and scheduled surgery very quickly. I was amazed how fast things went, but I was in a lot of pain and he knew it. He completely fixed my right shoulder. He also fixed my left shoulder 4 months later it was less invasive. He and Ryan Hamm work so well together along with his nurse everything went so smoothly I was very impressed. Even down to the machines being dropped off for PT they took care of everything. I can say I am 6 weeks post op on my left shoulder and 6 months post op on my right of which was a touch recovery but they were so supportive with any message I left I received immediate replies. Doctors appointments always on time. Both surgeries were the exact time to start no delay. I highly recommend anyone who needs a orthopedic surgeon that your first call should be Dr Papandrea. I ran a marathon 4 weeks post op on 9/28 I had surgery on the left 8/27 0 pain. Also I highly recommend physical Therapy and occupational therapy at his location. Angela was the BEST!!! Thank you to everyone for getting me back on the golf course.”

“I sought out Dr Merkow for a manipulation under anesthesia after hitting a plateau in my very intesive physical therapy. After meeting and talking to him I felt very comfortable with Dr. Merkow's extensive history performing a MUA. We decided together to forgo the nerve block as it was unnecessary (I really appreciated his honesty) and he did the MUA and I was in and out of OAW. I experienced zero pain afterwards and never filled my script. I went back to therapy and worked extremely hard and was able to graduate six weeks later! My range of motion is back to 95% (used to be at 5%). I am grateful for his willingness to do a MUA when his associate wanted to perform unnecessary surgery.”
