“I just had my first appointment here today as a new patient and I can say that everyone here on staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had no problem getting my insurance verified a few weeks back and scheduling and appointment. Betty was very friendly and provided me paperwork ahead of my appointment. I met Dr. Huepfel in the waiting room this morning, he was welcoming and professional. Amy took care of my cleaning and did an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable the entire process and answered any dental questions I had along the way. Dr. Heupfel checked out my teeth and xrays and gave me a thumbs up for taking care of my teeth! I also was given an "A+" from Amy. Overall this was a very pleasant experience for being a new patient. I am glad that I have such a nice dental office in the area. I would recommend anyone in the ares to check them out! I am excited to try out the whitening kits they gave me free after my cleaning!”

“I had a chipped front tooth and was in for a consult after my regular teeth cleaning and Dr. Stu McCormick looked at it and said “I can fix that today no problem!” He not only fixed it but he made sure my other surrounding teeth were rounded at the edges ( buffed a little sharp edge on one hard to explain 🙂) so my smile looks 100% better ! He was so friendly and explained everything he was doing and he literally made my day! I went in to the appt not expecting anything to get fixed that day ( and unsure if they could even do it) and left feeling so satisfied and happy. Dr Stu knows what he is doing! 👍”

I saw Faith today for my cleaning and she was the BEST. She took amazing care of me, offered options to make me comfortable and talked with me the whole time. “My long time dentist retired a few years ago. There were a number of long time dental issues that he had resolved for me. I was very concerned that I would not be able to find a quality dentist in the area. I was referred to Successful Smiles by a friend. I called and made an appointment. They were able to get me in within a few days. I was very pleasantly surprised by the office and staff. Most of the dental offices I have been in were very cold and clinical. Very hospital in their decor and lighting. Successful Smiles reminded me of an upscale Salon. Nice atmosphere and a very friendly staff. I was in for a cleaning and checkup. The Dental hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth and explaining what she was doing and why. I then got to meet Dr. Alex . I was very impressed by his easy going manner and professionalism. He took his time going over the current state of my teeth and the recommendations needed to keep them healthy. I have been a patient of Successful Smiles for over 2 years now. By far the best dental experience I have ever had. When anyone asks me for a dental referral, I always send them to Dr. Alex and his staff, as I know they will be well taken care of.”
