“After not being to a dentist after roughly 10 years. I was definitely super nervous. As soon as I got there I felt comfortable. Great people up front at the desk made it easy to check in. Virtually zero wait time. Great conversation with the hygienist and dentist before we got going really helps you get to know each other a bit. That made me feel at ease while getting my examination. Also was able to book my next appointment right away with the hygienist. No need to mess around at the desk on the way out. This may sound weird but I'm actually looking forward to getting back and taking care of myself. Not all dentist offices are created equal. Highly recommend!”

“I’d give six stars if I could! This is the most thorough dental office I’ve ever been too, and it’s easy to see their passion for dental health. Everyone there does such an amazing job explaining everything to you in layman’s terms, while also willing to give you the full ‘dental terms’ rundown if you wish. My whole family has been seeing Dr. Mackenzie, and she is incredible! You can tell immediately that she truly cares about her patients dental health and is always willing to spend however much time is needed to make you feel comfortable. She’s so great with our kids, almost to the point that they no longer fear the dentist! My oldest (6yrs) recently had his tooth pulled there - he was SO scared, but she made him as comfortable as humanly possible. She answered all our questions about the healing process, and we left feeling 100% confident he’d be all good in no time. But because she cares SO much, she called us later that evening to tell us a few additional tidbits to ensure a quick and painless recovery.”

They took the time to explain what was on the X-rays and in the photos of my teeth, so I’d understand what was in good shape, what needs attention now and what to watch going forward. His team has always been great and Dr. Lipker does a fantastic job of explaining everything he is doing and listens to what we have to say as patients. Dr. Lipker and his staff have always been able to keep us clam and relaxed during our visits. I mention this as I have a special needs son who I had to remove from another local dentist because he was being restrained. Dr. Lipker took him as a patient years and years ago and my son loves his visits to the dentist and restraints are not needed.
