“Our family member is moving from a group home in MN to the St. Croix Health Center. Trying to navigate changing her services and SSI from MN to WI on our own was stressful and daunting. We met with staff today that walked us through everything that needs to be done. We left with a list of 3 tasks to take care of and a tremendously lower stress level. They are taking care of the rest. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the staff! The facility is in pristine condition. There is a full range of PT equipment, billiards, planned activities, and a salon. All rooms are private, adequately sized, and able to be personalized with a built-in knickknack shelf and the ability to put up pictures on the wall. Each room has a private bathroom with wheelchair accessibility, handheld shower, and built in seat in the shower area. Not only are we relieved to have found this facility, but we are excited for our loved one to be moving here.”
