They took him in and monitored him overnight to ensure that he Indeed needed his appendix out. With the blizzard Dr. Was delayed but his team communicated this and got him on the phone with me. The bedside manor there is paramount. Offering snacks and drinks. Checking in to make sure we were consistently comfortable. Even Crosby mentioned it independently and thanked them earnestly. My family and I cannot thank this team enough for the excellent and swift care. The best part is we never wondered “why are we waiting so long?” A first for us at any facility. Do not hesitate to seek care here. You will be well cared for.”
