Being self reliant (as a driver) is key. Yes the staff within the office is top notch. The loads keep you moving. I have the best, dispatcher/ driver manager I have ever had - 26 yrs driving. About 7 months with them my truck had a major breakdown in the middle of a huge blizzard. The staff made sure I and puppy dog was safe and warm throughout the ordeal. Finally getting me back into yard safe and sound I was lucky enough to get into a new truck. I am grateful indeed. Has there been bumps in the road ? Sure , it’s trucking 101.
