“This is the only post office I've been where the staff is actually friendly and helpful and doesn't treat you like you're a nuisance. It's super tiny but they have all the essentials and the staff always has a smile on their faces. When I first started coming here I had no clue what I was doing and they were patient with me and helped me along. You don't find that at many of the other locations. I highly recommend the Genessee Depot location!”

“This specific location has three fantastic benefits: 1) the absolute best staffed hours of any Post Office in the Milwaukee Area - Sunday 10-6, Saturday 8-8, Mon-Fri 8-10pm -- need something POSTMARKED TODAY, take it here and have it hand-franked (even if it does not start to "travel" until tomorrow); 2) One of the late collection locations (6:30 weekdays, 6:00 Saturday) - deposit regular mail by that time, it's trucked to the Main Post Office downtown for sorting, and it's on its way -- delivered the next day in the greater Milwaukee area - - the only faster place with later hours for REGULAR mail is to drive to the Main Post Office downtown on St Paul Ave.; 3)At one time at least, Priority Mail (which is airmail) goes right from this "AMC" facility onto aircraft, without going downtown Main P.O. for sorting, so it can be a little faster getting a priority mailpiece on its way (you might have delivery a day earlier than from nearly any other MKE location).”

“Seems that anything that lands in Oak Creek consistently ends up delayed . This is my third delay the package sits in Oak Creek for a minimum of 6 days . Had a package shipped from Ohio , arrived in one day and will not be delivered to Lake Geneva for at least 6 more days . Have another that has been there from Texas for 2 days and will not be delivered till the 21st . If you send any USPS First Class thru this facility it will not be delivered on time . You can call ,you can email , you will receive no response that explains or will improve service . Who ever runs this facility should be fired as this is not a new problem with this service facility. Oak Creek to Lake Geneva = 57 miles . Updated Review 01/30/19 I have improved my star to 4 on this rating . The service has really improved from this facility in the last month . All my recent packages have been delivered timely . In my opinion , whatever the changes that have been implemented at this facility seem to be working . There is also a improved customer service functionality as if you send a email inquiry you will receive a response.”
