Recently, I went into the brank 25 mins before closing to open up accounts. The staff made my family feel welcome and they helped beyond their closing time. Even when I had an issue, sales associates worked with me for days, calling and following up, to help me resolve the issue. (An old branch where workers have transferred to Wynnewood location.)”

“The bank is open late and 7days a week, which makes it A+ in my book. Its conveniently located inside a grocery store where I shop. The customer service reps have been respectful, kind and helpful...They can't help the long lines if many people are banking there due to the convenient late hours and location and all 4 windows are usually open. I've gone in on several occasions when there was no line at all...during rush hour when there are long lines it is a hassle to wait, but I'm glad they're open.”
