“I'm not sure exactly what Ms. Martinez' problem is but we moved here from Houston five years ago. I have trekked in and out of City Hall on a regular basis and for various reasons. NEVER has anyone there ever treated me with anything except a willing and open desire to assist me in any way possible, including help me locate my missing dog and straightening out a problem with my voter registration which was caused by the Harris County Tax-Assessor Collector's office and was no fault of theirs. If you want to experience frustration caused by ineptitude and genuine rudeness try working your way through the maze of bureaucratic inertia at the City Hall in Houston.”

“I closed on my home in Tamarac on August 31, 2018 (right before Labor Day weekend) I made it to City Hall around 2:00 PM with a request for the water to be put in my name and turned on before the weekend. The women I dealt with inside the office were incredibly polite and friendly. Closing on a home has you dealing with many frustrations but the City made this a super pleasant, easy task for me and had my water turned on within an hour. They could have told me it was too late in the day and I would have ended up waiting until Tuesday for my water to be turned on. I am eternally grateful for their impeccable service to their residents!”
