“Great theatre! Assigned seating! Awesome recliner seats! Very nicely spaced theatre. We saw a movie sitting in the first row and it didn’t strain our necks so much. It was a wonderful movie watching experience. The food inside the theatre is good. Super nachos are great. Can easily share with three people. Popcorn is good to and you can mix cheese and caramel.”

“Great movie theatre. The price isn't cheap, but it's typical of a movie theatre. This theatre was bought out by Peenn Cinema. The place kept some flare from the old look, but things really got improved. Walls between theatres let less sound through. Now I don't have to listen to 2 movies at once like it used to be. Also, seating is now modern and comfy. Not power reclining, but still pretty great. The staff are friendly and personable. Food and drinks expensive as in all theatres... Just sneak it in.....”

“I like the Tuesday showings. For $5.50 you get to see a movie & they give you a small popcorn. The seats are very comfortable. Last time I went to the movies their was this young couple who were very very rude. She's on her phone speaking a different language then English & she was one row behind me & 2 seats over. I asked nicely to please either stop phone call or go outside to talk. They just got rude more so I went & got one of the employees. Which I ended up going twice to get them. If your going to go to the movies please be Respectful of other people who are their to watch & listen & enjoy themselves. I couldn't believe how absolutely rude they were, I guess they were just young & dumb!!”

“Visiting Galveston and decided to catch a late movie. Googled movie Theaters and found this one. Read the reviews and was apprehensive. Where we live we have one of the finest Theaters around. So we are spoiled. Don’t ever trust reviews. From the time we arrived until the time we left it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Prices were reasonable. We did have to wait for a few minutes for the Theater to be prepped, but the Lady taking tickets was very cordial and engaged us in conversation. The Theater was clean, the projection and sound system were very nice. I’d recommend this establish to anyone wanting to see a movie.”

“Not a bad movie experience. Don't expect luxury or frills. It's a base multi purpose theater and it shows. A little antiquated but good enough for what it does. Small concession area. Ticket prices are definitely reasonable for movies, concession prices are relatively normal for the areas movie concession prices. If you go for the first time just keep in mind that this theater is used for base functions too so it's expansive in size.. it's on base so it's not funded commercially. It also doesn't have a bunch of showings. Is it a good place to watch a movie, absolutely!”

“This has been my "go to" place for movies for years. It's conveniently located only about 45 minutes from my house. They have a nice, spacious venue with friendly staff. The prices are pretty reasonable for the most part, especially if you do a matinee movie! They're great about getting new movies in and rotating the old out as well. Seating is comfortable, theaters themselves are clean, good sound, great picture and lighting. Nice, large bathrooms facilities. They also have arcade in the main lobby. Great spot for a date night, family outing or a day out with your friends!”

“I love, love, LOVE this theatre!! $6.50 for the matinee showing of Captain Marvel. Okay... Like every theatre, they get you at the concession stand... But it was still worth it!
