Although I never heard of Elastomeric paint previously, I did a lot of research and lo and behold, it turns out to do exactly what I needed, and then some. My primary objective was to prevent my 25 year old roof from the occasional leaking. Apex applied this very thick “coating” which sealed my roof while at the same time, refreshing the look of my tired roof with a bright, clean color all for a fraction of the cost of replacing the roof. Brian was there for us from start to finish, taking pride in all his team was tasked to do. He kept me informed throughout the project which was completed in just one day. No permits were required.
