“Low cost and more space for my SUV are the main reasons I like parking here. I think this is the least expensive parking on Crystal Drive in Crystal City; contract recommended, space can fill quickly and close out the garage for non-contract customers. It accommodates large vehicles, not all the parking lots in Crystal City are easy to navigate with a big truck or SUV. Space management is done pretty well, easy parking near the elevator especially if you go directly to the 4th floor (the furthest). Usually well maintained as it accomodates the residents of the above building as well as the monthly parkers. Very friendly and capable staff, with an occasional grouch or careless person, but usually very responsive folks.”

“I started looking for someone to seal my driveway (2,575 sq ft) in mid-August 2022. I contacted 6 companies and received responses from 4. The first quote I received was $500. The second was $650. When I last sealed my driveway in 2019 I paid somewhere around $250; I was prepared for it to be higher given inflation and the labor shortage, but those were still shocking estimates. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that BDB charges a set amount per square foot, with one rate if the driveway has been sealed before and another rate if it is new pavement. This gave me confidence that I was being charged fairly. I communicated with the office via email a number of times and the responses were always timely, informative and very pleasant. The original price was under $400 and with a special BDB was running ended up being $335 with tax included. BDB arrived promptly on the scheduled date and the guys did a fantastic job. Overall I was very impressed with BDB and will definitely use them again for sealing and if I ever need any asphalt work.”

Never waited for the Shuttle to the Airport more then 5 min, usually bus is already waiting next to to parking spot. I think price for 1 day is $13 right now what is much lower then official Airport parking and it’s much easier and nicer as well. Used their service more then dozen times and never had any complain. “To the FANTASTIC AND HELPFUL.!! parking officer that helped me park and pay when I visited Annapolis. I did park in a wrong spot near the Docks in Annapolis. I could not find a place to park my rental car so I just parked my car to take a coupe of pictures on the Docks. When I came back to my car a Lady was writing on a Red note and was about to put it under my windscreen wiper. I asked her please if she could spare me because I had a rental car and was not able to find a place to park.. The beautiful and polite parking officer said ok...and she said that it was an awailable place to park where a car just drove out. She walked over to the place,and waited there untill I had parked. Then she helped me pay. What a fantastic and helpful lady. She was in her 20thies, Afro american, a solid woman with tatoos on her arms. I bought coca cola and water for her to tell her how I appreciated her help. I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN FIND HER AND TELL HER I WILL NEVER FORGET HER HELPFULNESS AND BEAUTIFUL PERSON.!!”
